Von Batten-Montague-York Legal Services, PLLC is a Washington, D.C.-based law firm and the legal-services sister firm of Von Batten-Montague-York, L.C. Together, the sister firms offer clients complementary legal, governmental, strategic, international, research, and operational capabilities while maintaining distinct legal, professional, and regulatory identities. Von Batten-Montague-York Legal Services, PLLC is a separate legal entity, and all legal representation, legal advice, attorney-client engagements, and matters requiring the professional judgment of a lawyer are provided exclusively through the PLLC and its legal team. Where appropriate and permitted by law, the sister firms may coordinate their respective capabilities to provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of the legal, governmental, regulatory, commercial, and international environments affecting their interests.
The Firm’s legal team leads and supervises all legal representations and maintains independent professional judgment and responsibility for legal advice, legal strategy, attorney-client relationships, conflicts, confidentiality, privilege, filings, and all other matters requiring the professional judgment of licensed counsel. Our attorneys are supported by experienced professionals providing research, international, strategic, regulatory, and operational capabilities appropriate to attorney-led representations. Our practice includes federal regulatory and administrative matters, OFAC and economic sanctions, administrative reconsideration and delisting, federal litigation, government investigations, corporate and regulatory compliance, international and cross-border matters, and other government-facing legal representations, including representation before federal agencies, regulatory authorities, and courts as appropriate to each engagement.
